Are you a home-based business seeking to test your products or services in a local retail outlet?
The City of Holdfast Bay has established four commercial pop-up stores on the ground floor of the Glenelg Town Hall to help home-based and stall-based businesses test their products in a significant retail location. These stores are available on a licence agreement from anywhere between two and 24 weeks. This allows you to build an audience, meet locals and see whether a physical store is right for you.
By becoming a pop-up tenant you are eligible for free mentoring services, and when it is time to shift to a long-term commercial lease elsewhere, we can assist you with your transition.
The City of Holdfast Bay is proud to work with businesses that contribute to local and state economic growth, together with the ability to create jobs and model innovative visitor experiences.
