The Jetty Road Masterplan provides an important long-term vision for Jetty Road Glenelg and the surrounding precinct. With Council approving funding to undertake the second stage of the project’s design for the Coastal Zone, the project has released an expression of interest to the open market for design services on Tenders SA, closing 5pm on 29 September 2022.

To ensure the correct design consultancy is awarded this important work, part of the procurement process involves requesting initial sketch concept designs from consultancies to assist the evaluation process. Once a design consultancy has been awarded the design services contract, concept plans for the Coastal Zone will be developed and released to the community for consultation before submitting the draft plans to Council for approval.
