With the projects concept plan now fully approved, the project has commenced detailed design to complete the design phase of the project. Refer to the finalised plans on this page for more information.

Once the design is completed, it will be release to the market for construction services. Currently the construction is estimated to commence this year and consultation with affected stakeholders will be undertaken to ensure the area is able to continue to operated with minimal disturbance to services and businesses.
