Following the community consultation activities and feedback analysis for the raft Seacliff Amenities Building and Beach Access concept design, a series of concept options were submitted to Council for their consideration.

Council approved the Option 1 concept design.

Council also provided landlord consent for the design, enabling the project to begin the development application process.

Following the outcome of the development application, we will provide an update including the next steps and the outcome of the development application.
