The project is pleased to announce that we are preparing to undertake the construction of the new amenities building and beach access infrastructure. Preparations will start with the project releasing a Request For Expression of Interest to the open market, followed by a Select Tender.

Full access to businesses and residential properties will be maintained during construction.

The project will also provide access to temporary toilet facilities, access to the beach and surf lifesaving services during construction.

Construction is anticipated to commence in winter/spring 2023.
