The project has resubmitted revised plans to Council’s independent Development Assessment Panel (CAP) for the Seacliff Building Amenities and Beach Access development. The project is pleased to advise that the updated plans have been accepted by the CAP.

The new plans have retained all the original amenities except the lockers, which have been removed. Other key changes include reducing the building size by 6 m2 and increasing the transparency of the change area’s external façade. The new plans will be released shortly.

The next steps is approval by the ERD court which is now required due to CAP’s initial refusal of the plans. Given the endorsement of the updated plans by the CAP the project doesn’t foresee any issue with achieving the approval.

The project is currently planning to undertake construction in the low season of 2023.
