For events that will be held from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event in the City of Holdfast Bay.

Useful tools and information are available on our website to assist you in the design, planning and execution of your event. We encourage you to read through this documentation prior to submitting your event application.

A dedicated events team is available to assist you with specialist event planning advice. If you need further advice and would like to speak to a team member, please contact us at events@holdfast.sa.gov.au.

Please note that it is not possible to save your application once you have started it. We encourage you to make sure you have all the relevant documents available before you start completing the application.
